This "labor of pain" was written shortly after I received what I choose to believe was a sincere and heartfelt apology from my husband. That apology allowed me to take an open an honest look at our marriage. The emotions that brought to the surface seemed almost unbearable at times. One of my releases is to pick up the pen and just start writing.
Then in the mist of all the emotions I was feeling a thought occurred to me. There are probably a lot more people out here feeling some of the same heartbreak that I'm feeling. If there is any truth in the expression "There is strength in numbers" I should share this with them. So, once I was able to push my pride to the side (yes, I'm that type of woman lol) I posted one of my songs on social media. I received so much love and support and touched so many people I felt I had no choice but to share more. So here it is. I pray it helps those who need it most.
